Chocolate-covered Blueberries

A unique Maine treat, each dried wild Maine blueberry is surrounded
 by a thick layer of smooth milk chocolate and then dipped in a in a
blueberry-colored coating.  We don't know who thought of this idea,
but the combination is delicious.  Made for us by Wilber's of Maine, candymakers of Maine since 1983.

The blueberries were so delicious that Wilber's of Maine decided
to make chocolate-covered cranberries and  these are great, too! 
A dried Maine cranberry is surrounded with smooth millk chocolate
and dipped in a cranberry-colored coating.

The Candy Crate

Our decorative wooden crate holds an 8 oz. bag of Maine blueberries or cranberries surrounded with smooth milk chocolate and dipped in a candy coating of blue or red.  Tied with a blueberry ribbon, it makes a great gift when you need something just a little different.
