How to Order from Stone Soup Artisans

Due to the increasingly high cost of the shopping cart, we are changing the methods we offer for you to order from the site. Instead of the shopping cart, we offer three methods of purchasing items:

1.  You may fill out the order form at on the Order Page and mail it to us with a check.

2.  You may call the store and give your order and charge card number to the clerk who is working that day.  207-283-4715

3.  You may email us your phone number and the best time to call and we will call you and take your order over the phone. This is probably the preferred way to order over the phone since our clerks are occasionally busy with store customers and may need to get back to you.   postmaster@stonesoupartisans.com

We realize that this is not as convenient as using a shopping cart on the site but we hope you will find our Maine products worth the little extra effort.

Warm Mittens For Cold Maine Winters

Winter time is certainly here and if you are still fighting off cold
fingers, we have the perfect solution.

Our great felted mittens are made from recycled wool sweaters and lined with warm soft fleece. They are guaranteed to keep the Maine cold away and that goes for cold anywhere, even outside of Maine.  In the store, we ask people to just put their hand inside to see how nice it feels. They are available in adult and children’s sizes. Made by Deb Georgitis of Fit
for a Goddess, they are available in a variety of colors and are great
for men as well as women.

Since the sweaters were past their time of usefulness as a sweater,
this is recycling at its finest. Wool reused and hands kept comfy,
what more can you want?
