Our artisan members are proud of the work they create and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us within thirty days of purchase for a complete refund excluding delivery charges.
All items are shipped insured. If an item arrives damaged, a claim will be made and you will be sent a replacement item or a refund. In the case of damage, please save the item and all packing material. E-mail us with a description of the damage and we will get back to you quickly with information on making your claim.
We do have a no-refund policy on food, but if you feel there is a particular problem with any item please e-mail us and our customer service person will contact you to resolve the situation.
